Current support status
Lumva is a reviewed local-storage based, pre-release iOS application. The published website uses live-configured Lumva-only Microsoft Entra authentication and a protected Cloudflare-backed employee workspace. The iOS app has no protected cloud synchronization, hosted AI, active Google connection, bank connection, analytics, external crash reporter, or automatic message sending.
Lumva is adult-only, internal, work-based, and limited to individually assigned Lumva employees. It is not open to public registration. Support is for authorized product use only.
Contact Lumva Support at support@lumva.org. No response-time promise is made.
Access and login
Lumva sign-in uses Microsoft and does not collect a password. Use an individually assigned Lumva Microsoft 365 account. Access also requires a Lumva employee app-role or group assignment.
Comparsa and the Escalate employee portal cannot authenticate Lumva users. For access or assignment recovery, contact Lumva Support. Do not share admin or support mailbox credentials as an interactive login.
Local data and synchronization
iOS app records are stored in the iOS app container, and synchronization from the iOS app is not active. Records created or changed through the employee website are stored in the protected Lumva cloud workspace. A local iOS status label, outbox, Firebase interface, or other future-facing control is not a working synchronization service.
Support cannot view, synchronize, remotely recover, export, correct, or delete local iOS records because Escalate does not receive those records. Operator-authorized administrators may access protected web workspace data only when needed for security, maintenance, support, compliance, or a verified privacy request.
Structured records may be included in an Apple device backup when the user enables backup. Saved receipt image files are excluded from backup by Lumva. Apple controls backup retention and restore behavior.
Permissions
Lumva uses Apple's system photo picker only after the user chooses a receipt image. It does not request broad photo-library access.
The reviewed build does not request camera, contacts, calendar, HealthKit, location, microphone, notification, Bluetooth, email, or biometric permission.
Integrations
Firebase, Google Calendar, Gmail integration, hosted AI, analytics, advertising, external crash reporting, banking, payments, cloud synchronization from the iOS app, and automatic message sending are not active. Microsoft Entra website authentication, Cloudflare D1 and R2 workspace storage, D1-backed rate limiting, and the published OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-backed website are active. Mock controls and integration seams do not send data or complete outside actions.
Receipts
Confirm the selected receipt preview before saving it. Receipt images selected in the iOS app remain local and are excluded from Apple device backup by Lumva. Supported receipt images uploaded through the employee website are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and remain available only through the owner-scoped Lumva API.
If receipt selection fails:
- Confirm that the image is visible in Apple's system picker.
- Select only the needed image.
- Confirm the preview before saving.
- Check available device storage.
- Record the exact error with private content removed.
Manual financial entries
Balances, transactions, debts, and income are entered manually. Lumva does not connect to a bank and cannot verify or update them automatically. Compare entries with authoritative statements before making a financial, accounting, tax, or payment decision.
Message drafts
Lumva does not automatically send messages. Review the recipient, facts, tone, attachments, and private information before sending a draft through another service. Future AI-assisted output must also be reviewed and verified.
Export, deletion, and recovery
The reviewed build has no complete export-all, erase-all, or remote recovery process. Use available record-level edit or deletion controls. Deletion controls vary by record type and may update the local record state without immediately overwriting every byte in a serialized file or an Apple backup.
Removing Lumva ordinarily removes its local app container. Structured records may remain in an Apple backup and may be restored under Apple's settings. Preserve needed information and understand backup consequences before removing the app.
Lumva workforce identity and assignment removal is handled in the Lumva Microsoft tenant. Website record deletion creates a synchronization tombstone and does not immediately erase historical versions. Lumva has no complete cloud export-all or erase-all control. Contact Support for a verified request involving protected workspace export, correction, or deletion.
Troubleshooting
Before requesting help:
- Note the Lumva version and build number.
- Note the iPhone model and iOS version, or the device, browser, and browser version used for the website.
- Identify the exact screen, action, and approximate time of the issue.
- Copy the exact error message with private information removed.
- Record the minimum steps that reproduce the issue.
- Check available device storage.
- Close and reopen Lumva after allowing any current save to finish.
Do not remove the app as a routine troubleshooting step unless local data loss and Apple backup behavior are understood.
What to include in a support request
When contacting Support, include only:
- Lumva version and build number;
- iPhone model and iOS version;
- the affected screen and action;
- the approximate date and time;
- the exact error with private details removed; and
- minimal reproduction steps.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, financial account numbers, payment-card numbers, complete financial records, full medical or substance-use records, complete tax records, government identifiers, full receipt collections, the local database, or unnecessary client information. Do not attach screenshots that expose unrelated private records.
