The Lumva creator beta
Your work. Your choices.
The creator beta uses online services for accounts, workspaces, and media processing. Here is what that means for the work you bring to Lumva.

Updated September 6, 2026. Escalate Enterprises LLC operates Lumva. This notice covers the invite-only creator beta, previously called Escena. Existing creator accounts and workspaces continue in Lumva.

What the creator workspace handles
Lumva handles your account and workspace access, creator preferences, uploaded footage, projects, drafts, review history, and recorded performance data. It also keeps notification registration and service records needed for those features.
Some Studio edit plans are saved on your device. A local save does not mean those edits have synced to another phone.
How that information is used
Lumva uses this information to sign you in, enforce workspace access, process the media you request, show project status, support review and export, provide AI assistance you enable, send requested status notifications, prevent abuse, and investigate problems you report.
Deal quotes, budgets, and payment terms are planning information. The creator beta does not process payments or automatically publish videos to social accounts.
The services behind the beta
Apple supports Apple Account sign-in and notifications. Cloudflare provides application infrastructure and media storage. Resend handles email sign-in. OpenAI is used for AI assistance and editing workflows you enable.
Workspace access
Access depends on your organization and creator workspace. Managers can administer creator workspaces in their organization. Creator-role users can access their authorized workspace.
AI is a choice
AI processing and scheduled briefs start turned off for a new creator workspace. Review the disclosure before enabling them in creator setup. You can turn them off again; this stops new provider work but cannot recall a request already underway or completed.
Retention and account deletion
Lumva keeps information needed to operate your active account and workspace. In Profile, open Account and privacy to review the available controls. Before confirming Delete account, review the impact shown in the app.
Confirmed deletion stops new workspace work, removes your owned workspace media and records, clears sessions and notification devices, removes the login account, and revokes a saved Apple authorization grant when applicable. Other creators’ independently owned workspaces remain. In a shared workspace, cleanup preserves the remaining creator’s work and removes or detaches the departing person’s attribution and unnecessary personal content.
If cleanup is interrupted, follow the app’s retry flow and wait for its completion status. A minimal receipt without account identity may remain so the app can verify cleanup. Removing the app from your phone is different from deleting the hosted account. It can also remove locally saved work.
Your other controls
You can correct creator-profile information, turn off AI assistance and scheduled briefs, and disable notifications for the current installation. The public website saves your appearance choice in your browser when you select one. That preference is separate from your creator account.
You review a report before sharing it
Profile → Report a problem prepares a diagnostic report for you to review and share. The report excludes email addresses, filenames, footage, transcripts, authentication tokens, and signed media links.
Support and privacy requests
Email support@lumva.org for help accessing your account or making a privacy request. Messages you send are used to respond to your request. Include enough context to explain the issue, and leave private footage, passwords, and sign-in links out of the message.
