Lumva Creator Beta Terms

About Lumva

Escalate Enterprises LLC operates Lumva. These terms cover the Lumva creator beta, including the creator website and supported iPhone app. The employee workspace has separate employee terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@lumva.org.

Who can participate

The beta is offered only in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and able to enter into these terms. If you use Lumva for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Use only the account and workspaces you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in credentials and links private, and contact support if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Submitting a beta request does not create a creator account, approve access, or issue a TestFlight invitation. Requests are reviewed, and participation depends on approval and testing availability. An invitation does not guarantee that every feature will be available.

A free, early beta

The beta is free. Requesting or receiving beta access does not require a payment card or automatically enroll you in a paid plan. Any future paid service would require separate information and your agreement before charging you.

Lumva is under development. Features and availability may change, and errors, interruptions, or lost work may occur. Keep your own copies of original footage and important exports. A local save may exist only on the device where you made it. We do not promise a release date, uninterrupted access, or that a beta feature will become a permanent product feature.

Your work and permission to process it

You retain the rights you have in the footage, audio, text, and other content you provide. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use that content, including permissions involving other people, music, client material, and confidential information.

You give Escalate Enterprises LLC a nonexclusive permission to host, store, copy, transmit, display within your authorized workspace, and process your content as needed to provide the Lumva features you use. That includes creating edits and exports you request and using service providers for those operations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize us to use your footage in public advertising. Processing and retention remain subject to the creator privacy notice and your available account controls.

AI assistance and publishing

Review the in-product disclosure before enabling AI processing. AI results may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reviewing content before using or sharing it. Do not treat generated content as verified fact or as proof that you have permission to use someone else's work.

Lumva does not automatically publish your videos to social accounts. Review and export are separate actions. You decide what to share and must comply with the destination platform's rules. Deal quotes, budgets, and payment terms shown in the creator workspace are planning information; the beta does not process those payments.

Responsible use

Use Lumva lawfully and respect other people's rights and privacy. Do not use it to distribute unlawful content, steal credentials, introduce malware, evade account or workspace restrictions, or disrupt the service. Do not access another person's workspace or data without authorization. Report suspected security or account problems to support without exposing private content or sign-in credentials.

Feedback

Sharing feedback is optional. If you send product suggestions, you permit us to use those suggestions to improve Lumva without an obligation to pay for them. This permission does not transfer ownership of your footage or authorize publication of private material included in a support request. Leave confidential information and private footage out of feedback unless support has arranged an appropriate way to receive it.

Privacy and account controls

The creator privacy notice describes the data the service handles, service providers, AI choices, and account-deletion controls. Beta request details are used to review the request and contact you about the beta; requesting access does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Use the app's available account controls or contact support for help. Deleting the app is different from deleting a hosted account. Review the deletion information presented in the app, including the effect on local work and shared workspaces.

Ending participation and service limitations

You may stop using the beta at any time. We may limit or suspend access when needed to address misuse, protect accounts and data, comply with law, or change or end the beta. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and available next steps. You can contact support about an access decision.

The beta is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every draft. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and other applicable terms

If we change these terms, we will identify the updated terms and their effective date. Changes will apply prospectively, and any notice or agreement required by applicable law will still be required. Separate terms may apply to Apple TestFlight and other services you choose to use. These terms do not replace your agreements with those services.
