The Lumva creator beta
Keep your story moving.
A few practical steps for current Lumva creator testers.
Getting into the beta
Access is by invitation. Use the TestFlight invitation you received, then sign in with the account connected to your creator workspace. If your invitation or workspace is missing, contact the person who invited you or email support@lumva.org.
Updating from an earlier build
Install the update through TestFlight over your existing app. Avoid deleting the app first, so your locally saved Studio edits stay available. The creator app was previously named Escena; existing accounts and workspaces continue in Lumva.
Returning to your work
Open Studio and choose a project to return to its draft. Original footage and projects have separate views. A saved local edit plan stays on the device where you saved it; check your edits before switching devices or removing the app.
Reviewing and exporting
Review the rendered video before approving it. If a render is still processing or has failed, check its status in the project. Approval and export are separate steps. Lumva does not automatically post your video to a social account.
Reporting a problem
Open Profile → Report a problem. Review the diagnostic report and choose how to share it with support@lumva.org. Include what you were trying to do and what happened; leave private footage, passwords, and sign-in links out of the message.
You can email support even when you cannot sign in. Escalate Enterprises LLC operates Lumva and handles creator support and privacy requests at that address.
Account and privacy questions
Profile includes Account and privacy, notification controls, and the account-deletion flow. Read about data and choices in the creator beta →
